- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Any disputes must first attempt resolution through 30 days of good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, under AAA Commercial Rules. Each party bears its own costs. You waive any right to class action proceedings. Small claims court actions are permitted.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wall Street Canary, and its parent, Greyker, Inc., regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements with respect to the Service.
